Our Fixer Upper: Now Leasing!

     We've been working hard today to finalize many of the decisions, layout, and overall plan for our latest fixer upper project.  If you've followed along with the rest of our updates on the Amsden building, you already know about our initial plans for most of the space, but we had left a few decisions up in the air.  The front retail space on the main floor will house our coffee shop, Rise + Grind and the second, middle retail space will be home to a unique local market expanding on the Miss Molly Vintage brand, Gather Mercantile.  This space will allow us to incorporate even more local makers + brands into our existing inventory, as well as expanding with more home decor, furniture, + even fresh flowers and plants!  

     We have one more retail space on the main floor, which we are looking to lease as well.  We would love to have someone add a bar, tasting room, or beer hall concept to this cozy, historical space and we think it would fit in perfectly with the "sip + shop" theme of the main floor.  If you or someone you know might be interested in renting this space, please contact us at missmollyvintage@gmail.com for more information.  We would be happy to work with you throughout the remaining renovation to outfit the space to your needs.

     Finally upstairs we have three amazing studios/office suites available for lease starting in the fall.  All these spaces are around 500 square feet each and include gorgeous historical details and character as well as lots of natural lights and views of downtown Versailles.  The Main Street Executive suite is a show-stopper with original 14 foot ceilings and 10 foot windows, as well as the giant curved corner window you can see in the photos of the front of the building.  This gives you perfect views of both Main Street and Court Street and tons of natural light flooding the room.  All the studios feature reclaimed hardwood floors, private bathrooms, and original exposed brick fireplaces too.  You can find more information on each space with exact square footage and pricing here.  Please contact us through that website with any leasing inquiries.   We are finalizing our website for the Amsden building and should have it up and running in a couple of days.  If you want to check in on our progress on all these spaces, or catch up on the latest updates, just click here.  Thanks for following along!
